針桿部強制回油裝置
機器在高速運轉中，針桿部極易發(fā)生滲油現(xiàn)象。因此，針桿部采用了強制回油裝置，既保證了針桿部的充分潤滑，又可有效地防止針桿部的滲油現(xiàn)象。
 
Oil leakage often easily happens to the needle stems when machines are running at great speed. Therefore a forced oil return device is used at needle stems to lubricate fully them and avoid oil leakage from them.
 
按鈕式針碼調節(jié)
按扭式針碼調節(jié)最適合式品種生產(chǎn)。變更針距只需按住按鈕邊把手輪的調節(jié)刻度調整到適合的位置。因此，可以簡單而確切地進行調節(jié)。
